Want your mixed flavors (syrups that you mix with concentrates, water and sugar) last longer?  Try our preservatives. 

Directions:  To preserve one gallon of syrup simply add 1/4 ounce of sodium benzoate and 1/2 ounce of citric acid when mixing your flavors.

• Flavor concentrates will last 1-2 years sealed in a room temperature environment (DO NOT need preservatives).
• Ready to use syrups will last 1-3 months, sealed in a room temperature environment (DO NOT need preservatives).
• Mixed flavors (flavors that you are mixing with concentrates, water and sugar) will last 1-2 weeks WITHOUTpreservatives added.
• Mixed flavors (flavors that you are mixing with concentrates, water and sugar) will last 2-3 weeks WITHOUTpreservatives added and kept in a refrigerator.
• Mixed flavors (flavors that you are mixing with concentrates, water and sugar) will last 1-2 months WITH preservatives added.
