Each gallon of shaved ice flavor concentrate is enough to make thirty-two gallons of ready to use flavor when mixed.  They are easy to make.  In a gallon jug mix 5 pounds of sugar with 4 ounce of flavor concentrate, fill with water to the gallon mark (not a gallon of water), mix well and serve.

• Shelf life of flavor concentrates (flavors without sugar) last 1-2 years keep in room temperature environment and sealed.
