Each gallon of shaved ice flavor concentrate is enough to make thirty-two gallons of ready to use syrup when mixed.  They are easy to make.  In a gallon jug mix 5 pounds of sugar with 4 ounces of flavor concentrate, fill with water to the gallon mark (approx. 1/2 gallon of water), mix well and serve.

• Shelf life of flavor concentrates (flavors without sugar) last 1-2 years kept in a room temperature environment and sealed.
