Blackberry Flavor Concentrate (Gallon, 128 Fl Oz) Yields 32 Gallons when Mixed with Sugar and Water

Blackberry shaved ice flavor concentrate was inspired from hikes through the Oregon forests picking wild blackberries! A snow cone syrup with the sweet, fruity taste of juicy blackberries picked fresh from the bush. Pairs well with Strawberry, Cheesecake, Cherry, even Coconut for a delicious Hawaiian shave ice.

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well.

Shelf life of concentrate is two to three years. Please keep at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
