Blackberry Flavor Concentrate (Gallon, 128 Fl Oz) Yields 32 Gallons when Mixed with Sugar and Water
Blackberry shaved ice flavor concentrate was inspired by my hikes through the Oregon forests picking wild blackberries when I was younger. A snow cone made from our Blackberry has the sweet, fruity taste of blackberries picked fresh from the bush. Goes great with Strawberry, Cheesecake, Cherry or even Coconut for a delicious Hawaiian shave ice.
Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: Use four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well.
