Blueberry shaved ice flavor concentrate is one of our favorite flavors. It reminds us of a summer morning sitting down at the table for breakfast and adding fresh ripe blueberries to pancakes. Goes great with almost any Hawaiian shave ice flavor. Our favorite is mixing Blueberry, Strawberry and Kiwi for a delicious snow cone anytime of the year.
Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: Use four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well.
