Compared with Flossugar, which is simply poured from the container for use, Flossine must be mixed properly. For example, add one or two tablespoons of Flossine to 10 pounds of granulated sugar, or, if using the entire 1 pound jar, add 250 pounds of granulated sugar. One pound jar will yield 2000 one ounce servings of cotton candy.
