Apricot Flavor Concentrate

Our Apricot concentrate is a deliciously unique flavor tasting somewhere between a peach and a plum. Wonderfully balanced between sweet tart, Apricot makes a fantastic Hawaiian shave ice or snow cone. Mix with Blackberry, Cheesecake or Green Apple to wow the crowd at your next event, fair, carnival or party!

Mixing Directions - To make one gallon of syrup: Use four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon) to the gallon mark and stir well.

Shelf life of concentrate is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
