Honey Dew Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate

With the sweet, rounded flavor of a fresh, juicy honey dew melon, this flavor concentrate makes a snow cone a lovely light green color. Mix with Blue Raspberry, Watermelon or Strawberry for a delicious and refreshing combination on your next Hawaiian shave ice.

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
