The Ninja Slushi machine holds 64 fl oz, so be sure to use at least 32 fl oz (halfway full) for proper freezing.
Set the Freezing Temperature:
Use the Spiked Slush, Spiked Slush +1, or maximum cold setting—then adjust to find your ideal texture. Sugar substitutes like monk fruit and erythritol freeze at a lower temperature than cane sugar, so colder settings work best.
Texture Note:
Monk fruit is naturally light, fluffy, and airy, which gives Hypothermias Sugar Free Slush a softer, fluffier texture than traditional cane sugar slush.
