Chocolate Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate

Our Chocolate concentrate creates a snow cone that tastes just like decadent rich chocolate! Pair with many other flavors to create an outstanding Hawaiian shave ice. Our personal favorite combination is with Strawberry, it's like enjoying chocolate covered strawberries. Yum!

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
