Kiwi Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate

This unique shaved ice flavor is tangy, sweet and refreshing. Kiwi tastes similar to a mix of strawberry, banana and pineapple. Hypothermias’ shave ice flavor concentrate makes a brilliant green snow cone that will be the talk of the town at your next party, carnival, fair or event. Combine with Guava, Blue Raspberry or Banana for an outstanding Hawaiian shave ice.

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
