Lemon Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate

Add some zest and a ray of sunshine to your shaved ice! Our Lemon concentrate is the perfect bright pop of citrus to add to your favorite iced delights and drinks. It's also delectable in a syrup to create a rainbow snow cone; 1/3 Lemon, 1/3 Blue Raspberry and 1/3 Pink Cotton Candy, overlapping the flavors for a cheerful Hawaiian shave ice to make guests of all ages smile at your next party, carnival, event or fair! 

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
