Mixing Directions

To make 1 gallon of finished syrup:

1. Shake the Lemon Flavor Concentrate well.
2. Add 4 Fl Oz of flavor concentrate.
3. Add 5 pounds of sugar.
4. Add approximately ½ gallon of water.
5. Mix thoroughly, then add additional water until the mixture reaches the 1-gallon mark.
6. Stir well until completely combined.

Preservatives are optional.

For best results, we recommend using distilled or reverse-osmosis filtered water.

Important: This product is a flavor concentrate. It must be combined with sweetener and water before being used as snow cone or shaved ice syrup.
