A sweet, tropical taste reminiscent of ripe mangoes; luscious, velvety flavor of the fruit with hints of citrus and floral notes.

With fresh, sweet and exotic flavors, Mango mixes well with Banana, Pina Colada or Daiquiri for a snow cone or Hawaiian shave ice that will remind you of a tropical paradise.

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight and heat.
