Passion Fruit Flavor Concentrate

Fruity and tart with a sweet, tropical flavor, Passion Fruit flavor concentrate makes an exotic shave ice or snow cone syrup. Pair with Coconut, Banana or Guava for a delicious and unique Hawaiian shave ice at your next party, carnival, event or fair. 

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight and heat.
